This year I’ve been studying hypnotherapy and cognitive-behaviour therapy as new applied subject for me.

Personally I’m quite drawn to a sub-discipline associated with the UK called ‘critical psychology’ which exists to critique the rest of the subject, often pointing out the flaws in experiments and the errors in assuming too much from the results

I’m also a bit interested in forensic (crime & law) psychology, because my brother is a lawyer so I end up talking to him about that topic.

      Hi Fred!

Although I specialise in developmental psychology/psychopathology, I am still very interested in social psychology and hope I will be able to go back to it and do some research in that area in the future. I’m most interested in group dynamics (the classic ‘us’ vs ‘them’ problem, discrimination etc.).
I also have an interest in forensic psychology like Nathan, but have not had the chance to properly explore that area.
