• Question: what types of social skills do we adapt to learn as we age?

      Interesting question. So our social skills develop throughout the lifespan all the way into adulthood, however some research suggests that the skills we develop in childhood provide a model for how we socialise as adults.
      For example if in childhood you get away with being manipulative in a group to get your own way you are more likely to continue this behaviour into adulthood.
